How does Racket Club work?
Racket Club integrates with the ClubSpark booking system and allows you to schedule bookings for tennis courts weeks in advance. When they become available, Racket Club books them automatically within seconds on your behalf.
How do payments work?
Racket Club requires you to enter your card details when booking. These details are submitted to the payment processor immediately without touching the Racket Club servers. You will not be charged until the booking is actually made.
What is your refund policy?
We will refund your monthly membership fee with no questions asked if any of your bookings fail. You will not be charged at all if your booking fails when using Pay As You Go.
Which venues can I book?
Racket Club supports over 2,000 venues in the UK which combined have over 8,500 courts. In general we support all courts available on ClubSpark.
How much does Racket Club cost?
Racket Club costs just a pound per successful booking. You only pay when your scheduled booking is confirmed.
What happens if my booking fails?
Bookings fail very rarely but in this case we offer to refund the full price of your monthly membership. You will be sent an email immediately if the booking fails so you can take alternative action.
Do you support mobile?
Yes. The Racket Club website and dashboard is fully compatible with iOS Safari and Google Chrome on Android. We also have a native iOS app available on the App Store.
Can I share my account?
Racket Club does not support players sharing their accounts with other players.
What happens if multiple users schedule the same court?
Racket Club allows each slot to be scheduled by only a single player. Once you have scheduled a booking for a slot it won't be made available to other players.
