How does Racket Club work?
Racket Club integrates with booking platforms like ClubSpark, Camden Active and Courtside so you can search and book courts across thousands of venues in one place.
Do I need an account with the venue?
To book courts, you'll need to link your ClubSpark account in the app. Racket Club uses this to make bookings on your behalf.
How do payments work?
Racket Club requires you to enter your card details when booking. These details are submitted to the payment processor immediately without touching the Racket Club servers. You will not be charged until the booking is actually made.
Which venues can I book?
You can search and book courts across ClubSpark, Camden Active, Courtside and more - covering thousands of venues across the UK.
How much does Racket Club cost?
Booking courts through Racket Club is completely free. Scheduled bookings cost around a pound per court, and you're only charged when the booking is successful. Refunds of the court itself depend on the venue's cancellation policy.
What happens if my booking fails?
Scheduled bookings have a 98% success rate. If yours doesn't go through, you won't be charged and you'll be notified immediately.
Do you support Android?
Not yet. Racket Club currently has a native iOS app available on the App Store. The website is also fully compatible with mobile browsers.
Can I share my account?
Racket Club does not support players sharing their accounts with other players.
What happens if multiple users schedule the same court?
Racket Club allows each slot to be scheduled by only a single player. Once you have scheduled a booking for a slot it won't be made available to other players.
